The Barrett model offers a unique roadmap of our life and a pathway for inner growth and personal evolution.

During the 3-day course, we explore together:

  • how frustration (fears and anger) and limiting beliefs can hold us back from reaching our potential,
  • how to transform this frustration in constructive energy,
  • how to be free to find and live our purpose, to flourish and thrive,
  • how to support and inspire others and unleash potential for personal and collective well-being,
  • how to contribute to a better world with shared prosperity for all.

With a small group of 6 to 12 participants, we create an optimal virtual values-based learning community for:

  • sharing our life stories and honoring our inner landscapes,
  • awakening the truth of who and why we really are,
  • co-creating new perspectives that open up a world of possibilities,
  • realizing that there are other chapters of our life waiting for us,
  • coming home in the life we are meant to live: a story of freedom and beauty, a story of having enough and being enough, with enough for all.

The course consists of 3 (Zoom) days with 6 sessions of 50 minutes per day with generous breaks in-between. The first group experience is an initial virtual 50 minutes’ meeting one to two weeks before and there is a follow-up meeting scheduled two to three weeks after the course.

You will need a desktop or laptop with camera and audio, a stable internet connection and a quiet space during the course hours. Your investment for this full-spectrum learning experience is $500 USD per person. After your registration and payment, you will receive instructions for pre-work, which will take a few hours of your time.

Evolutionary Leadership Coaching

The #1 behaviour of Google’s best managers in the Project Oxygen research study is: be a good coach. The #1 secret of effective teams at Google is: psychological safety (Project Aristotle). The #1 requested leadership value at Barrett Values Centre (based on Leadership Development Report responses) is Coaching/Mentoring. Gallup found that great managers are completely different from adequate ones. Great managers have frequent, meaningful conversations with workers and employees want their managers to be coaches, not bosses.

This is why and how the Evolutionary Leadership Coaching program is born, based on Richard Barrett’s book ‘Evolutionary Coaching’ and moved beyond. With a focus on (coaches/consultants working with) emerging leaders, we offer a framework of values and consciousness to become highly effective and inspiring leader-coaches (3-day advanced). Completion of the 3-day initiation Inner Leadership Alignment is required to join this 3-day advanced program.

• where we are in our inner process of personal transformation,
• how to give and receive 360 feedback with a Leadership Development Report,
• what it takes for a leader to be a leader-coach and facilitator,
• how to build coaching as integral organizational capacity.

• ask questions instead of providing answers,
• support employees instead of judging them,
